You know how a committee will sit around a talk in circles for hours about how to approach a problem before they ever get to talking about how to fix the problem? That's the opposite of James. He's like a wrecking ball, if a wrecking ball built things instead of breaking them down. So I guess he's like a wrecking ball video played in reverse. Which totally works, unless you're picturing the Miley Cyrus wrecking ball video. Then I'm not sure how he fits into the metaphor. Maybe I'll ask James and see if he can help fix this...
